Acupuncture
Acupuncture involves the insertion of thin needles into points on the body to tap into the body’s innate ability to heal. It is based on the concept of Qi (vital energy) flowing through pathways called channels or meridians. Acupuncture restores the flow of energy within the body and stimulates natural healing processes. Acupuncture can help to address conditions such as acute and chronic pain, mental health, digestive issues, headaches and migraines, sleep disorders, and more.

Book NowCoaching
Coaching sessions are geared towards continuing your treatment outside of the treatment room. In-person treatments typically only take up 5% of your whole day; what you do during the other 95% matters a lot. Coaching is meant to provide you with the knowledge, tools, and accountability to accelerate your healing and increase the efficacy of any hands-on time that we have together.
